Security Officer Overnight Access Control Patrol

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct access control and badge-related activities, and help to deter incidents through a visible presence.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and use computer or tablet systems to support daily operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, offices, exterior areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records while communicating observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
