Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related issues.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location procedures.
- Support site operations by communicating with supervisors and/or local responders during critical situations, access concerns, or operational disruptions.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
