Security Officer - Mobile Patrol - Daily Pay

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Durham, NC. The role focuses on building meaningful connections through excellent customer service and managing access control.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Drive for 8+ hours per shift
• Stay alert and observe surroundings
• Escalate incidents through proper chain of command
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Drivers License required (PPSB License)
• CPR certified
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• State license if required

Pay and Schedule

• Hourly wage of $18.10 (DailyPay available)
• Full-time shift: Saturday - Sunday 6AM-2PM | Monday - Tuesday 2PM-10PM (32 hour shift)

Schedule

• Saturday - Sunday: 6AM-2PM
• Monday - Tuesday: 2PM-10PM
