What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter, documenting observations and reporting maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence, observing conditions throughout the location, and completing accurate daily activity and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
