• DayTime: Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do

Provide customer service to all personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Monitor access control points by verifying credentials, checking entry and exit activity, and documenting visitor, contractor, and/or delivery information in accordance with site protocols.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help support site rules and help to deter unauthorized activity.

Assist with screening incoming and outgoing traffic, observing for unusual behavior and/or unauthorized access, and reporting security-related concerns according to post orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
