Security Officer Lobby Access

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, and documenting guest activity according to property guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through proper communication channels when needed.
• Support day-to-day operations in a commercial real estate location by maintaining awareness of lobby activity, answering questions, and reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and/or unusual activity.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Security-related experience.
• Guard card or license.
