We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Pay, Benefits, Description (maybe Responsibilities, Qualifications). Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Equal Opportunity" etc. Also remove "Background Check" and "Artificial Intelligence Disclosure". Also remove "Benefits We offer a wide range of benefits..." repeated? We'll keep benefits content but not duplicate. We need sections only when posting has real specific content. So we have: - Pay: salary range $20.00 - $29.00 hourly, placement dependent on factors, union etc. That's specific. So include Pay section. - Benefits: they list many benefits: $10,000 Tuition Reimbursement per year ($5,700 part-time), $10,000 Student Loan Repayment ($5,000 part-time), $1,000 Professional Development per year ($500 part-time), $250 Wellbeing Fund per year ($125 for part-time), Matching 401(k), Excellent medical, dental and vision coverage, Life insurance, Annual Employee Salary Increase and Incentive Bonus, Paid time off and Holiday pay. Also earlier they mention flexible work options, Reimbursable Well-Being Fund, Total Rewards package, mentorship programs, educational support, student loan repayment, volunteer opportunities, workforce-led resource groups. We need to preserve all substantive info. So Benefits section should include these items as list. - Description: The description of Security Officer I role: mission, etc. Could be a prose paragraph. Then Responsibilities: list of duties. Then Qualifications: Minimum Requirements and Preferred. Also maybe "Behavioral Attributes" etc. We'll include sections: Description (maybe as a paragraph summarizing the role), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list). Also maybe "Skills"? Not separate. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. We have Pay and Benefits. No Schedule. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

    Pay

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Equal Opportunity", "Background Check", "Artificial Intelligence Disclosure". Also we removed duplicated benefits lines. Check for any leftover: The original had "Benefits We offer a wide range of benefits..." we captured benefits. Also there was "Please visit our Benefits section located at jobs.nm.org/benefits to learn more." That's a link; we might consider it as application instruction? It's a reference to benefits page. Might be considered navigation? Probably we should drop it as it's a link to benefits page, not substantive content about the job. The instruction says remove application instructions. This is not exactly application instruction but a reference to benefits page. Might be considered navigation. Safer to omit. Also we omitted "We offer a wide range of benefits that provide employees with tools and resources..." which we captured in benefits list but we also have a generic sentence earlier. We could keep a brief prose sentence before list? The instruction: Use

for prose. Could include a short paragraph summarizing benefits then list. But we already have list; we could add a

before list: "We offer a wide range of benefits that provide employees with tools and resources to improve their physical, emotional, and financial well‑being while providing protection for unexpected life events." That is substantive and not boilerplate. Let's include that as a

    inside Benefits section before the

. Similarly for Pay we could keep the sentence about placement factors. For Description we already have a paragraph. Check for any duplicated content: We have responsibilities list includes many items; ensure we didn't miss any from original: Let's verify original responsibilities list: "Investigates/quells hospital incidents and disturbances to maintain patient, visitor, and employee security. Completes descriptive reports for supervisory personnel. Notifies appropriate city officials (police and fire) and prepares descriptive reports for supervisory personnel. Performs regular perimeter and internal patrols of the hospital buildings and grounds to assure protection of patients and property and to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons into the hospital. These patrols are both on foot and mobile. Conducts investigations into incidents of hazardous conditions, reported theft, criminal activity, and any other security or safety issues as reported. Monitors the access control system, fire and duress alarms, and the security video system. Controls traffic as necessary to always assure access for emergency vehicles and access for patients and visitors accordingly. Controls traffic as necessary during incidents and for helicopter transports. Maintains security of restricted areas by checking and locking doors according to pre-set schedules or as required by special circumstances. Provides escorts for staff to their vehicles as requested. Delivers deceased bodies to the morgue and releases same to authorized persons in accordance with established policies. Responds to all emergency codes in accordance with department specific guidelines. Alerts the department Manager of any activities or deviation from departmental standards that may require disciplinary action or follow-up. Enforces all hospital policies and procedures as directed. Officers must display a competent and professional service image yet be approachable and service minded at all times. This image should encourage people to freely ask for assistance or convey information that may allow the officer to prevent problems or reduce exposure of the hospital to damage or loss. Conduct contraband searches for patient and employee safety as needed. Monitor individuals or situations to ensure patient and employee safety as needed. Oversees staff parking permit process, and monitors compliance per established policy and procedure. Performs other related duties as assigned." We captured most but missed the sentence about Officers must display a competent and professional service image... and the following sentence about encouraging people to ask for assistance. We included a combined bullet: "Maintains a competent, professional, service‑oriented image that is approachable and encourages individuals to ask for assistance or convey information that may prevent problems or reduce exposure to damage or loss." That covers both. We also missed "Controls traffic as necessary to always assure access for emergency vehicles and access for patients and visitors accordingly." We have bullet: "Controls traffic as necessary to assure access for emergency vehicles and for patients and visitors." Slightly missing "always" and "accordingly". Could adjust to include "always" and "accordingly". Let's refine. Also "Controls traffic as necessary during incidents and for helicopter transports." we have. Also "Performs regular perimeter and internal patrols of the hospital buildings and grounds to assure protection of patients and property and to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons into the hospital
