Security Officer Hospital - Part Time Morning Patrol

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking facilities, entrances, and surrounding grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a hospital morgue.
- Ability to restrain individuals.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
