What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor and contractor control in accordance with location protocols.
- Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and/or first responders when needed, while maintaining detailed logs and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
- At least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
