Security Officer - Business Campus

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a professional property location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• The ability to ride a bike is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
