About the role

As a Security Officer Entry Screening in Boerne, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal at a unique community location where you will monitor entry points, verify access, and patrol assigned areas to help support a secure and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.

Requirements

  • A Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
