Security Officer Full Time Weekdays Day Shift

About the role

Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Security Professional at a healthcare location in Malvern, PA. You will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a professional, secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk and greet visitors in a professional manner, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to appropriate departments.
• Monitor access to the location, maintain visitor logs and required documentation, and report access concerns or unusual activity according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Support a professional and orderly healthcare environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and addressing customer concerns.

Requirements

• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$20.00 / Hour

Schedule

• Full Time, Daytime
• Monday – Friday: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
