As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Services in Pittsburgh, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will provide a welcoming presence, manage visitor access, monitor entry activity, and communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and team members. You will help maintain a secure environment through attentive observation, prompt reporting of security-related concerns, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting and directing visitors, managing access procedures, and maintaining accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership to support a welcoming and orderly environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
