Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Access Patrol in NASHVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and use computer or tablet systems as needed.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food production location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, office spaces, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and following established access-control procedures.
- Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
