Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver

About the Role

As a Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Santa Fe Springs, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate. This role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. This is primarily a driving role requiring a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with property policies; document incidents, observations, and patrol activity in required reports.
• Communicate professionally with property personnel, law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal management as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$18.00 / Hour
