As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Johnstown, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the sales floor, entrances, perimeter, and designated back-of-house areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter theft.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and incidents to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming retail environment and controlling access to restricted areas as assigned.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.50 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, overnight shifts: Monday through Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
