About the role
As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Glendale, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication, teamwork, integrity, and a caring, reliable approach.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour
Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities in accordance with site procedures.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, property concerns, and policy violations to site management and/or law enforcement as appropriate.
- Assist with maintaining an orderly, welcoming retail environment by providing directions, responding to customer questions, and supporting site-specific security-related operations.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
