Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol

About the role

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will conduct routine patrols and support access control at a dynamic construction-related location in Fernley, NV. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and offers the opportunity to remain visible, help deter incidents, assist visitors and personnel, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Thursday: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Friday: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Saturday: 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM
• Sunday: 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM
