About the Role

As a Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver at a retail location in Commercial Point, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, reliability, and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned.
• Help to deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior through a professional presence and timely reporting of suspicious activity.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and security-related observations in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• Thursday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
