About the Role

As a Full Time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned campus areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors. Your role involves clear communication, professional response to concerns, and fostering a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Note that working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements as mandated by state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
