Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Coverage in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate daily activity, incident, and/or patrol reports.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and first responders while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Possession of a valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
