As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Compliance in Pasadena, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and report concerns as needed. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and directing individuals as appropriate.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
