About the Role

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Badge Reconciliation in Addison, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
  • Communicate professionally with visitors and staff.
  • Use computer or tablet tools to document observations.

Requirements

  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license (for driving positions only).

Pay

$17.00 / Hour

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
