Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Butler, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unusual activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access-related inquiries, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, and/or other irregular conditions.
• Support a professional environment by communicating with staff and visitors respectfully, following post orders, and escalating security-related issues to the appropriate personnel when needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications
