As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Response in De Soto, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and reporting unusual conditions.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and maintenance concerns accurately in required reports and logs.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $22.28 / Hour

Schedule: DayTime Mon 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM, Tue 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM, Wed 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM, Sat 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM, Sun 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM
