As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Investigation in Bristow, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. $23.36 per hour

Schedule

• Monday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Thursday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while maintaining professional communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Guard card or license (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Alarm panel experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
