Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, policy concerns, and potential loss‑prevention‑related incidents.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security‑related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successful completion of a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Drug screen as required by law.
Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
