Security Officer Full Time TWIC Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Patrol Driver in Wilmington, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and provides exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s values.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution terminal location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal grounds, access points, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and reporting irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Customer service experience and comfort using a computer or tablet are preferred.

Pay

$19.00 / Hour

Schedule

• Thursday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Friday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
