About the role
The role involves providing 24/7 coverage of safety and security at St. Mary’s Medical Center, including protection of patients, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide protection of patients, staff, and visitors.
- Report on building security and safety issues.
- Ensure parking lot safety and security.
- Investigate criminal and non-criminal incidents.
- Assist with special events and VIP coverage.
- Provide escorts for individuals on campus.
- Offer motorist assistance such as battery jump starts and door unlocks.
- Secure patient valuables and write reports.
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous security experience preferred.
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and problem-solving skills are essential.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Full-time position with rotating shifts.
