About the role

As a Full Time Security Associate in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as automotive. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This role offers the chance to deliver strong customer service and communication while supporting daily operations. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • At least 21 years of age (18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$22.52 / hour

Schedule

  • Monday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Friday: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
