Security Officer Full Time Patrol Associate

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, following post instructions and reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy concerns to Allied Universal and site leadership.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
