As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk in Eaton, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a dynamic technology location, you will be the welcoming presence for employees, visitors, and guests. You will manage access, monitor activity, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a front desk within a technology and manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining sign-in records, and directing guests in accordance with site requirements.
• Answer incoming calls, provide general information, and communicate visitor arrivals, deliveries, and other front-desk activity to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor assigned access-control, alarm, and/or camera systems and report unusual activity, access concerns, or equipment issues according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting Allied Universal leadership, site contacts, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
