Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
