As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Readiness in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and government facility personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
- Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming and orderly government location.
Requirements
- Possess three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
