Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Readiness

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as authorized, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Maintain assigned equipment and complete accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Meet licensing requirements as required by state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

$23.00 per hour

Schedule

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
