Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver
About the role
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Clarksville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and respond to situations with professionalism. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, vehicle, and incident information according to site policies.
- Observe and report potential hazards, unusual conditions, and policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $17.67 / Hour
Schedule: Monday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Tuesday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Friday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Saturday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sunday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
