As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Customer Care CPR in Ashburn, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government education location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to students, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members while carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies at an educational location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with established site procedures, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response procedures as directed.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and other security‑related matters.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$18.87 per hour
