Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns.

• DayTime: Mon 01:00 PM - 07:00 PM, Thur 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Sat 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Sun 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain a visible professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment for occupants and visitors.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
