Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points at a food and beverage manufacturing location; verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and shipments in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
