As a Security Officer - Full Time - Mornings in Horicon, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while helping create a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, contractor, and employee authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Report unusual activity, hazards, damaged property, and security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
