About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Luxury Retail Patrol in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas in a retail-focused location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally with guests and team members, and deliver attentive customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

  • Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
  • Loss prevention experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
