Security Officer Full Time Front Desk

About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence for employees, visitors, and customers. You will manage access, monitor the lobby area, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and/or contractor logs.
• Assist with directing guests to appropriate offices or services while maintaining awareness of lobby activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Communicate observations, access concerns, and security-related incidents promptly to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Pay

$20.55 / Hour

Schedule

• Thursday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Friday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Saturday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
