About the role

As a Security Officer Full - Time Experienced in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with facility procedures while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site requirements.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
