Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Resource Coordinator

About the role

As a Dispatch Professional at a food and beverage location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor incoming information, document incidents, and support timely responses to site needs. You will provide exceptional customer service while helping maintain an orderly environment through clear communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production or distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, radio communications, alarms, and dispatch requests; document activities and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor information, and other required records in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas around the business and perimeter, as assigned, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.

Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monday: 09:30 PM - 06:00 AM
• Friday: 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 09:30 PM - 06:00 AM
