Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues according to site procedures.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications with accurate and timely information.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws as a condition of employment.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$22.90 per hour

Schedule

• Tuesday – Saturday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (full‑time)
