Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol

Responsibilities

• Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.
• As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• Respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and policies at a government location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas, documenting observations and irregular conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with established site requirements, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrol activity, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour
