About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Administration in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate facilities, including building interiors, common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter locations.
  • Maintain access points, visitor activity, and contractor arrivals in accordance with site-specific procedures; document observations and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while communicating professionally with tenants, visitors, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
