Security Officer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and directing authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; promptly report observations through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, per state and/or local regulations.

Pay

Pay Rate: $15.23 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time, Daytime schedule: Friday 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Saturday 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Sunday 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM.
