Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an armed officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to site needs with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document observations, incidents, and/or security-related activities in accordance with site protocols.
• Support public-facing operations by assisting employees, visitors, and/or authorized personnel while maintaining awareness of surroundings and reporting issues through proper channels.

Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

DayTime: Wed 05:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Thur 05:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sat 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM
