As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Mobile Driver in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, vendors, and visitors at a retail grocery location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter theft, trespassing, and unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and security-related concerns to site management and appropriate personnel.
• Maintain required documentation, including incident reports, patrol logs, and activity records, in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

• Wednesday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
